Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.

Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Once shipped, Zoe Fitness is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
From time to time we offer Free Shipping promotions—these will be displayed onsite.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Zoe Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at zoefitco@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.


International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties based on their country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
